1 Hour Distance Session

Age range: Infants to Teens (up to 17 years)

We will meet via zoom at the start of the booked session time to meet/greet, do Shamanic Healing Ceremony, then, Sharing of healing completed.

This special session includes:
Shamanic Healing Ceremony (whatever is necessary), including Power Animal Retrieval! Summarize session and Closing. Distance Reiki is sent daily upon booking.

During the Shamanic Ceremony, the child/teen has the option of lying down or being awake. If awake and quietly doing an activity, a non-electronic device is preferred. Rattling and Drumming will take place. During the Sharing, it would be nice if the child/teen is present.

Session can be modified as needed, ie. The Distance Healing can be done at the time booked without zooming. The summary can be done via phone or emailed. Feel free to reach out to Linda prior to booking to discuss any setup/logistical issues - email: linda@spark-then-ignite.com.
1 hour is set aside for this healing (regardless of it's via zoom, phone or email).

Lastly, a preparation is required for this session.
Please scroll down to Session Preparation and download the Intention Setting. The intention is to include the child in the process, so if possible read the intention created with child at bedtime. Teens are welcome to send me their intention beforehand for any additional edits/suggestions.

Session Preparation

Please refrain from drinking alcohol or using recreational drugs 24 hours before any of the sessions. And, to optimize the healing process, please refrain from the same 24 hours after.

If you feel called to send me a statement regarding the intention for your healing session, then, feel free to write. My response will be limited to 1-3 lines. The purpose would be to have your intention witnessed.

Session Notes and Recording   $10 + HST

Linda's scratch notes and a recording of each session can be provided to you upon request.

Payment for this can be made at time of session booking - as an "Add-On"

The recording will be provided via Dropbox - Please download within a week upon receipt.

Cancellation policy

24-hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. If under 24-hours notice is provided, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the cost of room rental fee incurred.

Receipts

Receipts for Professional Development can be issued for Shamanic Healing sessions to be reported on the self-employment schedule (T2125) of your personal tax return, if this applies. This service/receipt is not claimable under Medical Expenses.

Post session suggestions

Please create space in your schedule after any shamanic healing treatment. See REIKI page for additional Post treatment suggestions.

If you are experiencing ungrounding or anything unusual (to you), feel free to reach out. A distance journey may be required and with it a distance healing to settle the energy. This service is offered after the first session only, if required, as new clients may not yet possess the coping tools to self-soothe til our next appointment. Subsequent distance inquiries will be charged a fee, depending on the scope of the work done. Though a prayer will be said on your behalf, the distance work may be delayed and scheduled on a work day.

  4. BEFORE A SESSION - Communication prior to a session to discuss which course of treatment to choose is limited to a 10 min phone call or a paragraph (3-4 lines of text), followed by a response with Linda's recommendation on best session type or course of treatment to book.
  5. AFTER A SESSION - Email queries after a session will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe. If you have not heard from Linda after 48 hours (within Mon-Fri), please write back (as it may be a technical issue). Replies will include a complete response of up to three sentences. If a more in-depth response is required, Linda will recommend booking a follow up session.
  6. BOUNDARIES - Asking Linda to divine information prior to a session is a breach in boundaries, and will not be provided. Professional boundaries will always be maintained to ensure Linda's focus remains on your spiritual well-being, healing journey and path to a life in high vibration. Please monitor yourself and manage your energy expenditure, as well as your expectations accordingly.

Ancestral Healing Series
A Virtual Experience

We have secured two amazing speakers to bring awareness to what may need ancestral healing, followed by instructions on how to create your own unique Healing Bundle. Then, gathering again for a Fire Ceremony to burn our Bundles and release what needs to go.

Format of Series

Guest Speaker, Lorena Colarusso - CPC, MNLP, Wisdom Coach / Inner Selves Facilitation / Soul Journeys Facilitator / WIsdom Pathways Facilitator, will touch on epigenetics (non-genetic influences on gene expression) and provides insight into how blueprints of family systems, including beliefs and racial traumas, etc., get carried through generations. Guest Speaker, Daniel Leonard - Practitioner & Teacher in Reiki and Shamanism with over 20 years of practice, will dive deep into family patterns and ancestral themes, and how they can present. For more info about Daniel, visit: medicinecircle.ca.

Series Creator and Facilitator, Linda Kang - Reiki+Shamamic Healing, will guide you in the creation and charging of your Ancestral Healing Bundle. Each participant will receive a one-on-one virtual session (30-mins) with Linda who will Journey on your behalf and provide direction on the gathering of a specific object(s) to add to your Bundle. To close the series, we will gather virtually for a sacred Fire Ceremony with intention to finally release and heal elements of the ancestral line - past, present and future. More details regarding this event will come closer towards the date.

Mobility Flow
For Low Back + Hips

The purpose of this class is to alleviate back pain and hip imbalances with light movements, joint work, and functional and fascial stretching. A safe low back core sequence will also be incorporated weekly. Certain muscles/muscle groups may be targeted and may create soreness. Please create some space or ease in the days that follow.

This class is for anyone who lives with low back pain or is recovering from a low back injury, hip pain and imbalances and sciatic/nerve pain.

All levels of fitness are welcome - Begin where you are and build joint capacity and flexibility over the time.

Yoga Flow

A flow class to get you moving and heated and connected to the breath. Designed as a moving meditation to clear your head and build strength and move the spine.
